More About the Conference

Talent Show

No conference would be complete without our crazy unpredictable talent show and rollicking, high-spirited dance!

If you’d like to participate in the talent show, prepare 5-7 minutes of comedy, poetry, music or whatever – high outrageousness is encouraged! Sign up at the conference; rehearsal time is scheduled prior to the talent show. Piano and sound equipment are available. Musical accompaniment should be arranged prior to the conference, but you may find a pianist amongst the participants. We respectfully request that last year’s performers allow others to sign up first. And remember: It’s not nice to test an audience’s goodwill by gratuitously exceeding the recommended performance time limit.

What to Bring

This is the fun part!

And don’t forget:

Really important:

Please bring a gift that has meaning or significance to you. It will be part of a traditional ritual gift exchange. There is no need to buy something new or costly – you can select something you already own and are ready to pass along from the heart to another brother.

What to Leave Home

GSV is committed to creating safe, sacred space for men who love men. All of our events, including the fall conference, are drug and alcohol free. Why?
We all have opportunities to drink or use substances that alter our behavior and take us out of the moment. Gay Spirit Visions invites men to make a different choice at our gatherings; leave the alcohol and non-prescription drugs at home and be fully present with your brothers.

And regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets or children.

Space is limited and there is usually a waiting list. If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify The Mountain as soon as possible so that another brother can join us. Please be aware that we are bound by The Mountain’s policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Thanks for your cooperation!
